Cassandra Gamble is the owner and head pastry chef of Delectable Delights Cupcakes, a business she founded in March 2013. Inspired by her time at Washburn Culinary Institute and a love for shows like Cupcake Wars, Cassandra crafts innovative, handcrafted cupcakes that blend traditional flavors with unique twists, often drawing inspiration from cocktail and spirit combinations for a one-of-a-kind dessert experience.
Her passion for the art of baking and entrepreneurship is deeply rooted in her family’s legacy. Cassandra was motivated to start her business not only by her love for baking but also by the example set by her late mother, who embodied the entrepreneurial spirit with a dream to run a business on her own terms. Watching her sister channel her own passions into a thriving business also inspired Cassandra to take the leap and create Delectable Delights, honoring her mother’s memory with each sweet creation.
Through Delectable Delights, Cassandra continues to delight customers with deliciously inventive cupcakes while staying true to the values of independence and creative freedom that inspire her every day.
